Product Description:
The inner and outer surfaces of the duplex filter are subjected to polishing treatment, and a stainless steel filter screen and a filter screen support basket are arranged in the filter cylinder. The main advantage of the manufacture of a duplex filter is that we can increase the filter area to reduce the pressure drop and the cleaning cycle, with a bleed Valve at the top for the air in the filter when filtered.
Characteristics and advantages:
The top cover is connected to the filter cartridge in a quick-open structure, making it more convenient to clean (replace) the filter screen. Three adjustable pins allow the filter to be placed smoothly on the ground. The connecting pipe adopts active connection or clamped connection, the inlet and outlet valves are open and closed with three-way Ball valve, pressure and temperature resistance, flexible and convenient operation. According to customer requirements, such as flow rate, filtration area, filtration accuracy (mesh size), pressure drop, viscosity, flow medium, service, working pressure and working temperature, we produce the best filter products to meet the requirements.
For our customers' requirements of the baket filter, we can offer flat bottom, round bottom and cone bottom selection to suit our basket filter, including pipe basket filter, bag filter, double basket filter and so on.
