  1).Orderly production       Now our factory have carried out a "reform", we devide four production lines: DN50-DN80, DN 100-DN150, DN200-300, DN350-600. There is one person to manager each production line.      And the production lines improve production efficiency, and improve the quality of valves. The last step is testing pressure. Accroading to different DN, there are different ways to test: DN50~DN200, testing by air, the pressure is 1.76 Mpa >DN200, testing by water, the pressure is 2.4Mpa 2). Spray painting, environmental protection  and selectable packaging ways.     In order to let the customers paint the color these like, we don't use varnish, but choose  "Chenyang"  water paint. The water paint is environmental and low cost. The ways of packaging, you can choose or by your requirments.   3). The MOQ and the delivery time. Considering the cost, the MOQ is 10 tons, and the delivery time is 2-3 workdays to delivery from our factory.   4).
