Products process Q:Why our price is so competitive? A:BecauseWe have our own FACTORY and WORKSHOP,and each process we produce by ourselves. Q:How you guarantee the quality? A:Before the casting,we do chemical composition analysis.After the assemblying,we test each valve. 
DN50-DN100,testing by air,the pressure 1.76Mp >DN100,Testing by water,the pressure is 2.4Mp 
The valves are tested by 2 times befor leave our factory . The fist time,in assembly process,valves tested one by one. The second time,befor packaging,we use the method of spot check,5%. Once found problems,100% testing. So we can guarantee 95%-98% zero-leaking Packaging & Shipping 1,we usually use paking palletized or plywood cases to package our products.
2,One 20' container can in bulk loaded on 20pcs plywood cases more or less.
3, We can pack according to specific customer requests.
